In this review we will be examining Alok Jain's Project QuickCash

ebook product for making quick cash online.  There are many

products that people search for when attempting to work from home

such as data work from home jobs, work from home based business

kits and the top work from home opportunities.  Project QuickCash

has attracted a lot of attention from all these categories of

people searching online and it is time someone exposed the

project for what it is.

Project QuickCash is an ebook by Alok Jain that has five

different methods of earning quick cash online.  The first two

involve techniques with Google using AdSense and AdWords while

the other three involved leeching on launches, super placement

targeting and finding niches to promote in forums.

Having been exposed to more detailed and helpful programs that

take a person through each step in great detail in an easy-to-

learn method, I can honestly say that the techniques that Project

QuickCash teach are good ones.  They are techniques that, if

applied, can yield significant profits.

There is one major flaw with this product which is the reason why

I would not recommend this product... that is customer service.

The customer service for this product is completely non-existent.

If you ever need assistance and a bit of hand-holding, as we all

do, if we are to be successful in the realm of money and finance,

there is absolutely nobody there to help you.  This is what

prevents most of us from succeeding with even legitimate

techniques that can work if the proper conditions are created to

make it work.

As a former member of the product, I tried to email Alok Jain

from the project quickcash site... nobody responded.  I even went

to Alok Jain's personal website and emailed him from there...

still no response.  Never once did I receive a response to my

inquiries.

It is this lack of customer support and extra coaching that leads

to the vast majority of products on the market to be classified

as 'scams' so to speak.  A product becomes a scam when the care

is not put into creating real value for the customer.  Truly

valuable products are those that create at least ten to a hundred

times the return for the customer compared to what they paid for

it.

This is the reason I have to say that Project QuickCash is not a

product worth investing in.  The steps are legitimate; however,

the care is not there.  The customer service is missing and this

causes most people to fail.

WASHINGTON, Jan 17 (Reuters) - U.S. health authorities told consumers on Saturday to avoid eating products that contain peanut butter until they can determine the scope of an outbreak of salmonella food poisoning that may have contributed to six deaths.

"We urge consumers to postpone eating any products that may contain peanut butter until additional information becomes available," Dr. Stephen Sundlof of the Food and Drug Administration's Center for Food Safety said in a teleconference with reporters.

Also on Saturday, the FDA said Hy-Vee Inc was voluntarily recalling bakery products distributed in seven states because they contained peanut butter that could be contaminated with salmonella.

As of Friday night, 474 people had been reported infected by a salmonella outbreak linked to peanut butter by public health authorities in 43 of the 50 U.S. states, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said.

Twenty-three percent of the known cases had resulted in hospitalizations and the infections may have contributed to six deaths, said Dr. Robert Tauxe, deputy director of the Centers' division of Foodborne, Bacterial and Mycotic Diseases.

The very young, elderly and immuno-compromised were the most severely affected, he said in the teleconference.

The company at the center of the case, Peanut Corporation of America, said it had been informed by the Food and Drug Administration that some samples of its products had tested positive for a salmonella strain that may have originated in a Blakely, Georgia, peanut processing plant.

The recalled peanut butter was sold in bulk packaging in containers ranging in size from 5 pounds (2.3 kg) to 1,700 pounds (771 kg) and the peanut paste was sold in sizes ranging from 35-pound (16-kg) containers to tanker containers. None of the peanut butter or peanut paste being recalled is sold through retail stores, PCA said. 

The items being recalled by Hy-Vee include Peanut Butter Cookies, Monster Cookies and Peanut Butter Reese's Pieces Cookies and were sold in all Hy-Vee stores in Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota and Minnesota, the FDA said in a news release.

"All items should be destroyed or returned to Hy-Vee for a full refund," it said.

Kellogg Co (K.N) said late on Friday it was recalling certain products that "have the potential to be contaminated," including some Austin and Keebler branded peanut butter snacks and some Famous Amos and Keebler Soft Batch cookies. How To Make Money From Passions

To make money successfully online many people dive right in

before they are properly prepared. You know that to be a rocket

scientist, a doctor, a brick layer, a construction worker, an

office worker or a teacher there are prerequisites,

preconditions.  Before you can be successful, you don't just jump

right in unprepared.

This exact same principle applies to the Internet marketing

industry even though there are unscrupulous people out there

who'd have you believe it's a "Walk in the Park" and requires no

more than the belief that you can just do it.

Although, I'll have to admit, it is a walk in the park when

compared to what you have to deal with in the working world

punching a clock and being a subordinate to a person who does not

have your bbest interests in mind, but there are still rules you

have to follow and pitfalls you absolutely must avoid to actually

make Internet marketing work for you.

Most people will not make a penny online and yet there are others

who will make more in one month than most people make in a whole

year. Why is that?

My answer begins with the age-old chicken or egg question, "what

comes first the chicken or the egg"? Personally I vote for, never

mind, each argument you or I make comes back to the same old

conclusion - I have no clue and I don't think the vast majority

of us do either.

But one thing I do have a hunch about and know for sure is that

to make money online you must first have Passion for the company

products and/or service of any Internet business from which you

expect to make money.  You must have a strong desire to succeed

with the business you are promoting.

Passion in this sense simply means that you've researched and

like the company and products or goods and services. It is only

then that you translate that like (or Passion) into the

education, excitement and work that usually accompanies Passion.

I will have to say that many online entrepreneurs and Internet

marketers are so good at what they do that they ignore passion

because they can sell anything. But I'm more concerned with those

of you who are not so knowledgeable at working an online business

successfully.  You are the ones who need some encouragement and

step-by-step instructions.

Now, I'm not trying to make anyone believe that Passion is the

only thing necessary. Because to be successful you must also have

a good website, good marketing, widespread advertising, company

support, effective keywords, and etc. Those things are often

learned from the company you join - but sidestep Passion and you

reduce your chances for success dramatically because it is the

Passion that translates into the other things aforementioned.

It therefore follows that, if you have no Passion for the company

and the products and services provided by that company, again,

you won't attempt to do the work you are being taught.  Why would

you if you are not excited about it?

Internet marketing work is typically not all that difficult or

time consuming but it does take motivation caused by Passion to

get you off and running with a sustained effort so that you won't

stumble.  You have a great resource in the Internet search

engines to search about the Internet Marketing industry for

business opportunities, TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT!

Your research should uncover a company that you like and have

confidence in. It should be solid, founded on great principles,

and easy to understand and comprehend with great products and

services that are sell-able for which you can have Passion. If

you don't find it, then simply move on!  I know you can find the 

right opportunity containing the attributes defined above.

Comments like, well, that one sounds good and the compensation

plan is excellent so I guess I'll start that business and see

where it takes me - does not sound like a decision based on

anything near Passion. And remember when you hear that an

Internet "guru" or mastermind does that, don't be tempted,

because as I said earlier they are experienced and can sell just

about anything, without being Passionate about the company

products, goods and services.

Note: By the way, it's your goal and aim to get to the point

where you can sell just about anything online. That end skill and

goal is a worthy one indeed.

Remember, there are other steps you must make before you step

into Internet Marketing but if you don't first find the right

company, products, goods and services to be passionate about, all

of those other steps may just cause you a lot of frustration

instead of bringing you great success.

Not being Passionate about a company, its products, goods and

services that has market proof that it will sell is a pitfall you

simply must avoid.

Many people get excited about different money-making tools and tricks that they learn in an info-mercial, a newspaper ad or on a website and they feel motivated to take immediate action to

purchase a product because of all the excitement that the powerful sales letter generates with the promises of making large amounts of money.

However, only a small fraction of people actually make any money in taking the steps they learn through the info-mercial, the newspaper ad or on the website.  Why would this be the case, you

may ask?

Well, for one, the majority of the products or techniques being taught in info-mercials, classified ads or websites are merely scams that teach you a little bit of the truth about the technique [which normally would be a successful tool if we knew all the steps involved in implementing it] without giving you the everything you need to make a successful, substantial home-based income.

In regards to the websites that actually provide legitimate, proven and guaranteed techniques in a step-by-step and easy-to-follow manner that actually work, still, though, only a small percentage of people succeed in implementing the techniques which they are taught through the website, on-line audio, video or ebook tutorials.

This is due to the important reality that the vast majority of our actions and behaviors are controlled not by our conscious mind as most of us would like to believe, but rather by our

subconscious mind, which has been formulated throughout our entire lives.  What in the world is our subconscious mind, you may ask?

Our subconscious mind is the most important part of our mind which is something we all have to grasp.  It is no longer important that only psychologists and psychiatrists understand this... we all need to grasp this if we want to create substantial change in our lives.  The subconcious mind is the part of our mind which has taken shape through images, emotions and experiences which have had a strong impact on us throughout our entire lives.

The only way we can learn a new legitimate technique to make money and have it work for us is if our subconscious programming is in tune or harmonized with what our conscious mind is trying to accomplish. Otherwise, we will be symbolically trying to pull a large 18- wheel truck with a small rope!

Going back to making money, if we are trying to implement a technique or a tool that teaches us how to make $10,000 per month working 2-3 hours per day from home and our subconscious mind tells us that money is evil, then there is no way the technique will ever work for us because our subconscious mind will use its entire force and power to prevent this from happening.  When our conscious mind goes up against our subconscious mind, who do you think wins everytime? You guessed it! Our subconscious mind is always the winner in that battle.

How on earth can we transform our subconscious mind, you may ask?  Well, it takes strong visualization, focus and desire... and that's the bottom line.  Please take this to heart.  While this

information is free, it is more valuable than tons of courses you may purchase from television or on-line.  I know because I've tried those courses!  Only with a strong visualization, commitment and desire can we work to un-program, so to speak, decades of subconscious programming which we have garnered all throughout our lives.

There are many new-age spirituality tools which try and address this, but their common denominator is that work to create a new vision, attention and desire for our lives.  In fact,

Circuit City to shut down

Court filing shows bankrupt electronics retailer seeks approval to sell merchandise in its remaining 567 stores.

NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- Bankrupt electronics retailer Circuit City Inc. said Friday it has asked for court approval to close its remaining 567 U.S. stores and sell all its merchandise.

The company said it has 34,000 employees.

"We are extremely disappointed by this outcome," James Marcum, acting CEO for Circuit City, said in a statement. "We were unable to reach an agreement with our creditors and lenders to structure a going-concern transaction in the limited timeframe available, and so this is the only possible path for our company."

In a filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Circuit City - the No. 2 electronics retailer after Best Buy (BBY, Fortune 500) - said it had reached an agreement with four companies to start the liquidation process.

The company said the sale would begin Saturday and run until March 31, pending court approval.

The retailer's Web site and call center will cease to operate after Jan. 18.

Circuit City said employees will receive 60 days notice of the termination.

Employees who are laid off earlier will get pay and benefits for the 60-day period beginning Friday, the retailer said.

Those who remain with the company to assist with the liquidation, will receive pay and benefits.

Circuit City also operates about 765 retail stores and dealer outlets in Canada. The company said its Canadian operations, which employ 3,000 workers, will continue to operate.

The company said it will redeem its gift cards through the liquidation sale, but the cards will have no value once the stores are closed.

"This is very significant. It shows you how bad things are for the the retail industry," said George Whalin, president and CEO of Retail Management Consultants.

Whalin said management mistakes over the past few years combined with the recession brought down Circuit City.

"This company made massive mistakes," he said, citing a decision to get rid of sales people and other mismanagement.

What's more, given the credit market freeze, Whalin added that no manufacturer wants to sell to any retailer who doesn't have money to pay for the merchandise.

At the same time, Whalin said there's still a very slim chance that one or more firms that have expressed an interest in buying Circuit City could still buy it out of bankruptcy over the next few days.

"I wouldn't say it's completely over yet for Circuit City, but it's almost over," Whalin said.

Love Goel, CEO of Growth Ventures Group, an investment banking firm focused on retailers, agreed with Whalin.

"Circuit City isn't a viable business in its old incarnation when half of electronics sales have moved online," Goel said. "CompUSA and Tweeter also didn't make it for the same reason."

However, Goel speculated that Circuit City could still find a lifeline if Golden Gate Capital, one of the reported lead bidders for the merchant, bought the company and restructured it primarily as an online business with very few physical stores.

"This would eliminate overhead costs, vendor conflicts and other issues," he said. "Circuit City has an almost $1 billion online business. So there is a future for it in that regard."

TEMPE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--US Airways (NYSE: LCC - News) has confirmed that flight 1549 has been involved in an accident. Flight 1549 was en route to Charlotte from LaGuardia. The flight was operated with a crew of two pilots and three flight attendants. US Airways' primary concern at this time is for those on board the airplane and their families.

Flight 1549 was originally scheduled for departure at 2:45 p.m. Eastern Time. The flight's actual time of departure was 3:03 p.m. Eastern Time.

Airline officials are in direct contact with local, state and national authorities and are cooperating fully with emergency response efforts. US Airways has activated the "US Airways Care" team of specially trained employee volunteers to assist families and passengers.

US Airways is confirming passenger and crew names and will issue those as soon as possible.

Uh-oh, Idol is playing Michael and Jason Castro off one another. Michael is calling Jason "girlie." Let's go!

Michael then appears before the judge, explaining that he just started singing.

He does "In Love With a Girl" by Gavin DeGraw. The judges like it.

Simon: "Michael, it was good-ish. It's not bad. I can't get anything from your voice at the moment. I'm never quite sure with you Castros, whether you're really, really into this or not."

Kara: "I think you can sing. I think you're kind of a ballsie dude (Randy did not do a spit take from his Coke cup at that point). And I kind of like that about you. You have this sort of, 'I have a secret' kind of vibe."

Paula: "I say, yes, yes, yes."

Randy: "I say yes, dawg. Welcome to Hollywood."

Simon: "Say hi to your brother."

Kara likes him. She tells the others: "A little cocky, that guy."

The Castro family, including Jason, greets him.

Jason: "I'm blown away. I've never heard him sing in real life. I was really impressed."
